Dr. Mauricio E. Calvo

Mauricio E. Calvo is a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is member of the Multifunctional
Optical Materials Group, CSIC where he obtained a tenured position in 2016. His main research interest focuses on the development of synthetic methods of nanostructured (hybrid) materials (metals, semiconductors, dielectrics) for different applications, such as radiation protection or optoelectronic devices.
